The intimate details of the secret wedding of acting superstars Tom Holland and Zendaya have started to be revealed.

The couple are believed to have held a top-secret ceremony in Surrey, England, last week, joined by around 250 guests to celebrate their big day.

Holland, 30, and Zendaya, 29, have publicly acknowledged their relationship since late 2021 but their history goes back a lot further.

The two first met as co-stars on Spiderman: Homecoming in 2017 and have starred in three superhero sequels to date, as well as sharing the screen as Telemachus and Athena in Christopher Nolan's recent billion-dollar box office smash The Odyssey.

Sources told The Mirror that the ceremony was the "real deal" and any chatter around other ceremonies and venues in the last few months were rather a diversion tactic to get the press off the couple's scent.

As you would expect, it was apparently a highly-emotional day for all involved.

Those at the wedding told the paper that when Zendaya began to walk down the aisle, her husband-to-be "burst into tears."

Noted fashionista Zendaya has worn some truly eye-catching designer dresses over the last few years, but there's no news yet as to which designer had a hand in bringing her wedding dress to life.

Of course, given the star wattage of the couple involved, it's no surprise that the wedding was filled with A-List guests.

According to The Mirror, those invited to the couple's special day included Holland's Marvel mentor Robert Downey Jr. and Zendaya's Dune co-star Timothée Chalamet and his girlfriend Kylie Jenner.

Holland's brother Sam was believed to be his best man.

Social media exploded with speculation following Donald Trump’s campaign stop in Las Vegas. Observers noted that his hair appeared fuller and more golden than usual, prompting a flood of questions across various platforms regarding whether the president had begun wearing a hairpiece.

The online discussion gained further traction when journalist Aaron Rupar shared a video clip on X, writing, “Is Trump rocking a wig, or what the hell is going on here?”

Rupar later posted a photo comparing the look to a Fox News appearance from the previous night to highlight the sudden change in volume.

Commenters quickly chimed in, with one social media user observing, “He looks like Alec Baldwin playing Trump on SNL.”

Stylists offer a different explanation for the fuller look

Despite widespread online consensus pointing toward a toupee or lace front, professional hair care experts disagree. Dina Kales, a hair loss specialist and owner of The Top Shoppe in New York City, offered a practical explanation for the visual shift.

“From what I’ve seen and after 22 years in the industry, I don’t believe President Trump is wearing a wig or hairpiece,” Kales told HuffPost.

She noted that the perceived volume often stems from fresh hair dye contrasting against aging roots. “As the gray grows in, the lack of pigment in the roots can cause the hair to look thinning or patchy,” she explained. “So when it’s freshly dyed, the contrast is greater and thus looks fuller, which would explain some of the changes we observe with the president’s overall look.”

Marcos Monje, a hair system specialist and barber at Ace of Fades 212 in New York City, agreed that specific grooming techniques are likely responsible.

“Of course, I haven’t examined his hair in person, so I can’t say that with 100% certainty, but from my professional eye, it looks more like styling, grooming and blow-drying than a hairpiece,” Monje told the outlet.

The physics of the signature hairstyle

Andrew Disimone, a wig specialist at Hair Place NYC, also saw no evidence of a synthetic hairpiece in the video footage. “Instead, I think it’s what we call in the industry a cotton candy combover,” Disimone told HuffPost.

“This is where you take the hair and grow it as long as you can so that you can spray and comb it into place.”

He pointed out that when the president stands outdoors near Air Force One, the front portion of his hair routinely lifts in the wind, a reaction unlikely to occur with a secured hairpiece.

Wig specialist Sherry Schaefer added that if a toupee were actually involved, the execution would likely look different. “He needs more layers, less length and less hairspray would be a good start,” she said.

So, based on expert consensus, his signature look seems to be all-natural!

The eyebrow-raising moment happened during a recent episode of "Live with Kelly and Mark," not long after Ripa returned following an absence from the daytime show. In a clip shared on Instagram, the couple began discussing what would happen to their pets in the event of a divorce.

"How do we fight over pets in a divorce?" Ripa asked. Consuelos responded, "I mean, listen. Let's just put it this way, I would stay in a loveless marriage just to make sure I could be with Lena every day."

A gum graft procedure, according to Cleveland Clinic, can be used to treat gum recession by placing healthy tissue over areas where the gums have become thin or receded. The procedure can protect exposed tooth roots, help with sensitivity, and prevent additional recession.

Consuelos explained that Ripa had actually been advised years earlier that she would eventually need the procedure. "Her dentist said five years ago, 'You can do it in about five years,'" he recalled. "And she joked, 'I didn't think I'd still be on the air in five years!'"

That last instruction apparently proved especially challenging. Consuelos recalled Ripa asking him, "Can you look?" He said he answered, "I'm not pulling your lip down," before describing how she repositioned herself so he could take a look without disturbing the surgical area.

"So I'm down there like, 'It looks great!'" he shared. When asked whether Ripa had been in pain, Consuelos acknowledged that she had. "But she famously doesn't feel pain. When she goes into [sic] the dentist, she doesn't use the novocaine. But this one hurts, so I know it's bad," he added.

Jonas then compared Ripa's high pain tolerance to that of his own wife, Danielle. "I'll be like, 'Are you in pain?' She's like, 'I'm fine!' Come to find out her foot's, like, falling off," he joked.

"Well, they do have kids. They deliver kids," Consuelos responded. "We're not built for that." So after a recovery period that temporarily kept Ripa — rather unusually — from talking, she was back alongside Consuelos and apparently more than ready to resume their signature back-and-forth.

Lawyers for death row inmate Christa Pike have suggested an unusual alternative to lethal injection as they challenge the state’s planned method of execution.

Pike’s legal team is arguing that injecting the execution drugs through a smaller vein in her arm could cause unnecessary pain because she has difficult-to-access veins and a blood condition.

They have proposed using a central line placed in a larger vein, a procedure normally carried out by doctors, as well as another alternative not deployed in the state for over a century.

The arguments were presented during a hearing before Senior Judge Mark Ward, who has been tasked with examining Pike’s health and the possible methods of carrying out her execution before submitting a report to the Tennessee Supreme Court.

Pike’s lawyers argue the condition could make lethal injection more difficult and potentially worsen her experience.

Emergency medicine expert Dr. Scott Goldstein was also called by the defense to discuss the challenges of establishing an IV line.

Much of his nearly two hours on the stand, however, focused on the proposed use of hanging.

Pike and her lawyer have offered hanging as an alternative because Tennessee law requires her to identify an alternative execution method if she objects to lethal injection.

She has the option of electrocution but does not want to be executed that way. Other Tennessee death row inmates have selected the electric chair in recent years rather than lethal injection.

Goldstein acknowledged that he had never personally witnessed or participated in a "judicial hanging." He instead relied on medical knowledge about the effects of hanging, including cases involving attempted suicide.

He told the court that if a particular vertebra near the base of the neck were fractured, death could potentially occur immediately.

The judge and prosecutors questioned some of the medical literature Goldstein relied upon. Ward ultimately said he would give the testimony whatever weight he believed it deserved.

Pike's callous murder of a young woman

Pike was convicted for the January 1995 murder of 19-year-old Colleen Slemmer.

According to the case against her, Pike and her then-boyfriend, 17-year-old Tadaryl Shipp, lured Slemmer to a secluded area of the University of Tennessee Agricultural Campus under the belief that Slemmer was interested in Shipp.

Pike, who was 18 at the time, and Shipp repeatedly stabbed Slemmer before carving a pentagram into her chest and beating her with a piece of asphalt.

Pike later took a piece of Slemmer’s skull as a souvenir and showed it to some acquaintances the following day. She eventually confessed to police after briefly returning to the scene.

She has been awaiting the death penalty for over 30 years.
